The client wanted to generate high quality sales leads for its rapid microbiology system. The product had great potential for very specific applications. We created a highly targeted and integrated direct marketing campaign to reach the target audience. A dimensional mail package was produced, which included a personalized, full color printed piece that explained the product benefits. To grab attention, the package included a premium and time-sensitive special offer. Customers were encouraged to visit a landing page for more information and to request contact from their local technical representative. The piece was also customized with the sales representative’s name and contact information for quick reference. The campaign exceeded expectations, delivering hot leads and immediate sales of a high priced system.
